Treevi Terms of Use

Last updated: October 31, 2026

These terms apply as soon as you use Treevi. By continuing, you accept them.

1. Who we are

Treevi is published by William Mouliné, a sole proprietor (entrepreneur individuel), 3 bis rue du 27e Régiment d’Infanterie, 21000 Dijon, France — SIREN 813 353 752, VAT FR78813353752. Contact: contact@treevi.app, +33 6 29 99 55 13.

2. What Treevi is

Treevi is a slow-breathing app. It guides you through sessions of a few minutes, helps you keep a daily goal, and rewards you with collectible cards and badges.

3. What Treevi is not

Treevi is not a medical device and gives no health advice. The app makes no diagnosis, measures nothing about your body, and promises no result.

Let your breath slow down gently, without trying to take in as much air as possible. If you feel discomfort or dizziness, go back to your usual breathing.

Treevi doesn’t replace medical care. If discomfort persists or you’re going through a difficult time, talk to a health professional.

4. Who can use Treevi

Treevi is reserved for people aged 16 and over. By using the app, you confirm that you are.

5. Your account

You can use Treevi without an account: your progress then stays on your phone, and it is lost if you change phones or uninstall the app.

An account lets you find your progress on another phone. You create it with your email address, or with your Apple or Google account. You are responsible for access to your mailbox and to those accounts.

From the settings, you can:

6. Your subscription

Withdrawal and refunds. Purchases are sold by the store. The 14-day right of withdrawal, where the law provides for it, and refunds are exercised with the store, under its rules.

Without an active subscription, the app opens on the subscription screen: you can no longer practice. Your progress is kept, and you can still manage or delete your account.

7. What belongs to us

The app, its illustrations, its texts, its cards and its brand belong to us. We grant you the right to use them for your personal use, without copying or redistributing them.

8. What we ask of you

Do not try to get around the subscription, to access another person’s data, or to disrupt the service.

9. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep Treevi working. Your sessions work offline; copying your progress and downloading illustrations need a connection.

If Treevi does not work as these terms and its store listing say, the legal guarantee of conformity applies: write to us, and we will try to fix the problem.

We may change the app to improve it, fix it or adapt it. If a change significantly reduces what you paid for, we tell you in advance and you can end your subscription.

10. Our liability

Practice with your state of health in mind. We are liable for our failures under the conditions set by law. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.

11. Your data

It is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Apple and Google

These terms are between you and us. Apple and Google are not parties to them, and are not responsible for the app or its support. If you downloaded Treevi from the App Store, Apple’s standard license agreement also applies, and Apple may enforce it.

13. End of the service

You can stop using Treevi at any time by canceling your subscription and deleting your account. If we ended Treevi, we would tell you in advance so you could export your data.

14. If these terms change

We update the date at the top of this page. If a change directly affects you and you have an account, we tell you by email before it applies.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in another country, you keep the protection of your country’s mandatory rules.

If you disagree with us, please write to contact@treevi.app first.
