Delete your Treevi account

Treevi is published by William Mouliné. This page explains how to delete your account, and what is erased.

From the app

Open Treevi, go to the settings, then tap Delete my account, in the Account group.

Without the app

Write to contact@treevi.app from your account’s email address and ask for its deletion. If you sign in with Apple or Google, say so. We delete your account within one month.

What is erased

Your account and everything our server keeps about you: your email address and your progress. Our hosting provider’s technical backups are replaced within days.

What stays

• What your phone holds stays there until you uninstall Treevi.
• Your messages and our replies are kept for two years after the last exchange.
• Your subscription is not canceled: that is done in the App Store or Google Play.
