Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 31, 2026

This page supplements our Privacy Policy. It applies to you if you live in a US state whose law protects “consumer health data”, such as Washington or Nevada.

Treevi is a breathing app. We do not consider your breathing sessions to be medical data. Some US state laws define “consumer health data” broadly enough that it may include them, so this page tells you plainly what we do.

What we collect

If you use Treevi without an account, your practice stays on your phone. We do not collect it.

If you create an account, we collect:

We do not collect measurements of your body, diagnoses, or information about your health conditions. The answers you give during the first-run questions are used on your phone only and are deleted when you finish them.

Where it comes from

From you, through the app, and from Apple or Google if you sign in with them.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to give you back your progress when you use Treevi on another phone. We collect only what is needed to provide that service, which you request by creating an account.

Who we share it with

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not share it for advertising or with data brokers.

Only service providers handle data for us, on our instructions:

Other providers receive none of your practice history: RevenueCat tracks whether your subscription is active using a random identifier and, on iPhone, a device identifier, Sentry receives error reports without identifiers, and TelemetryDeck receives anonymous counters, some of which say how often people practice in a week. Our Privacy Policy describes them.

Your rights

You can:

It is free. We answer within 45 days. If we decline a request, you can appeal by replying to our answer; if you are still not satisfied, you can contact your state’s Attorney General.
